Can I pay my account current with an insureds check?
No. We do not accept insured's checks. We accept only your agencies check or money order.
How are payments made?
Most lines of business are billed on a monthly basis per an agency statement. The statement is mailed during the first week of each month and is due on the 15th of the month billed. Personal Lines is direct billed by the company that writes the policy.
How much business have I done with Special Risks

On the bottom of your monthy statement there are three totals displayed.

One is last year to date total, next is current month total and lastly is current year to date.

Is premium financing available?
Yes, premium financing is provided by Insta-Prem, a company owned by Special Risks.

By subscribing to our Hotline email list available from the Whats New page located on the Home page of this website.

What are our hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We have no voice mail and you cannot leave messages when we do not answer the phone.
Who do I make the check out to when sending in insureds money for Personal Lines?
All personal lines is direct bill. Checks should be made out to the respective company
